Yesterday was a difficult day for my family as we had to say our last goodbye to my aunt Jo. She always made sure to take very good care of herself and I can't remember a time when her nails weren't polished or when her makeup wasn't put on perfectly. She also was very fond of roses. So I decided to create a special nail art in her honor, featuring rose gold and roses.

I used two coats of Il était un vernis All is Gold on my pinky. On all other nails I used two coats of OPI Tiramisu for Two. When all that had dried I painted half of my ring finger with All is Gold and stamped a rose from MoYou Mother Nature 05 on my index with OPI Worth a Pretty Penne, as All is Gold wasn't suited for stamping. I painted a very thin coat of Worth a Pretty Penne on a bronze colored stud and immediately rubbed it off so it left just a hint of rose gold, matching it to the polishes I'd already used. I finished by painting a coat of Seche Vite on all nails, placed the stud on my ring finger and added another coat of Seche Vite on top to keep it firmly stuck.
The polishes I used:
