• Last November manicure

    Hi everyone!

Quick post for a simple manicure that turned out way prettier than I imagined :)

    indoors, no flash

I started out by painting my middle and ring finger with two coats and some dabbing of piCture pOlish Frosting, a cute sheer milky pink with silver, hot pink and purple glitters in it. There are also heart shaped glitters in the bottle but I managed to evade those ;)

After some thought I decided to pair Frosting with Barry M Plum, a beautiful dark but not black purple that took just two coats to be completely opaque and dried to a very glossy finish. The hardest part was to find a stamp that would look nice on Frosting but would leave enough open space to see the glitters peek through. I finally picked MoYou London Pro XL 02 and I couldn't be happier with the results. A quick swipe with Seche Vite and voila... my last manicure for November (can you believe it's going to be Christmas in less than four weeks?!)

These are the polishes I used:
piCture pOlish Frosting, Barry M Plum

I didn't think stamping over a glitter polish would look nice, but after seeing Lizzy stamp on one (here) I wanted to try it myself and I really really like it. Definitely an experiment worth repeating as far as I'm concerned:)

    See you in December!!

piCture pOlish Frosting was bought from Pretty Polish.
Barry M Plum was bought from Alice & Jo.
